Is Medley Swim true to size?

We always recommend checking our size guide and reviewing the listed measurements before ordering. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for and return an item, so taking a moment to check sizes helps you save both time and money!

 

Care for my bathers?

To keep your bathers looking their best, avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight. After use, lightly rinse with clean water and hang to dry—do not wring or use a dryer. Following these steps will help your swimwear last longer and maintain its quality.

 

RETURNS

 

What is your returns policy?

 

We understand that not every fit works for everyone. You may exchange or return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and the hygiene sticker is still attached.

 

What do I do if my item is faulty?

We’re here to help and want to resolve this quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing support@medleyswim.com.au.

 

I want to return my item?

 

Returns are accepted for exchange or refund, provided the item is in pristine, unworn condition, with the original packaging and hygiene sticker still attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we kindly ask that you provide a tracking number for your return.

 

When can I expect my refund?

We endeavour to process refunds ASAP, but no longer than 3-7 days of the item returning back to us and after being quality checked.

How do I become a Medley Athlete?

We are currently not taking any athletes on board. You are more than welcome to send an email through to us at support@medleyswim.com.au highlighting your achievements!

 

Do you provide products to influencers or creators?

Currently, we do not send PR packages. We partner with a small, carefully selected group of athletes and creators who have an existing connection with our brand. This allows us, as a small business, to manage resources responsibly while still fostering meaningful collaborations. We always love seeing our community share how they style and enjoy Medley products! 💙
