Is Medley Swim true to size?

We ALWAYS encourage people to check our size guide and make sure you check the measurements listed too!! We know how annoying it is to have to pay and return something...so please ensure you save your time and money!

Care for my bathers?

Please keep your bathers away from harsh chemicals and prolonged direct sunlight. Lightly rinse with clean water after use, and hang dry (do not wring or use a dryer!).

These are such important steps to make sure they last and do not deteriorate fast.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

We understand not every fit is for everyone. You can exchange or return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, providing the item is clearly new and unworn, all original packaging (bag) is kept and hygiene sticker MUST be on.

What do I do if my item is faulty?

Let's find a solution quickly for you. Please get in contact as soon as you can by emailing us at support@medleyswim.com.au . 

I want to return my item?

Providing you have the original packaging, hygiene sticker is still attached, and the garment is in pristine unworn condition, you are welcome to return for an exchange or a refund. The item/s must be shipped back to us at your own expense ( additionally, please provide us with a tracking number).

When can I expect my refund?

We endeavour to process refunds ASAP, but no longer than 3-7 days of the item returning back to us and after being quality checked. 

ATHLETES/PR

How do I become a Medley Athlete?

We are currently not taking any athletes on board. You are more than welcome to send an email through to us at support@medleyswim.com.au highlighting your achievements!

Do you send free stuff to influencers?

After a few influencers not honouring what we agreed, we no longer send PR packages. As a small business this can rack up a lot of losses that we can't afford.

When will new stuff come out?

As a small business we are often slower than larger companies with new products being released. Please make sure you continue to support and promote our brand so we can released stuff quicker. Plus, making sure you follow us on instagram (@medley_swim) and are signed up to our newsletter is huge!
