Returns & Exchanges Policy
What is your returns policy?
We understand that not every fit works for everyone. You may exchange or return your item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and the hygiene sticker is still attached.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
What do I do if my item is faulty?
We’re here to help and want to resolve this quickly. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing support@medleyswim.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your request and organise a replacement or refund where applicable.
I want to return my item
Returns are accepted for exchange or refund, provided the item is in pristine, unworn condition, with the original packaging and hygiene sticker still attached.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns
- Please include your order details inside the parcel to help us process your return efficiently
When can I expect my refund?
We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund back into your account.
